The independent living options at Midland Gardens include five
distinct suites. All residents can enjoy the independence of
their individual unit, complete with closet space, private bathroom,
kitchenette and terrace. Every room in Midland Gardens is pre-wired
for private phones and cable television.

For convenience, Leisureworld Caregiving Centre - Scarborough,
which is next door to Midland Gardens, has its own volunteer-operated
tuck shop for small purchases and a professional hair cutting
and styling service.
